We want you to be completely happy with every purchase you make. You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout.

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing (email) and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Please do not return products to the manufacturer. 


We will refund your purchase on any unopened products returned to us within 21 days of receipt provided they are in original re-saleable condition. We will issue a refund (excluding delivery charges) within 14 working days of receipt. Products purchased on special offers are not refundable unless defective.

  1. Contact us to obtain a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA). When requesting your RGA, you will need to provide your order reference number and which item/s you wish to return. Returns cannot be processed without a preassigned RGA.
  2. Send the items you wish to return following the instructions you receive from us, including your unique RGA reference. All items should be securely packed in the same or similar manner that you received them. Returned goods remain at your risk until received by us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 
  3. Returned goods will be examined by us on receipt. We do not to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods unless they are faulty. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Refunds are made by the original payment method (or agreed alternative), no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods.

Delivery costs incurred by us are not refunded. If your order was shipped to you as "free shipping" we will still be entitled to deduct shipping costs from your refund. If you used a discount voucher and your order no longer qualifies, the voucher value will be deducted from your refund. If you received a free gift and your order no longer qualifies, the free gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from your refund. Credit card charges are not refunded. Abuse of our returns policy may lead to charges and fees for payment processing and administration.

Damaged Goods or Errors

Please inspect your entire order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or in error, please contact us. Damaged goods or defects, missing items or errors in delivery must be reported within 7 working days of receipt to be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You will be asked to return the damaged or incorrect item in its original packaging, so please retain the goods.
